Payment by Visa or Mastercard should accompany each order. We ship via UPS Ground service most of the year. During colder months, we use UPS 2nd Day service. This is a substantially more expensive service, and plants are often billed at dimensional weights rather than actual ones. We bill all shipping directly to your credit card. We will also bill
