With their habitats ever diminishing and their popularity on the rise, these plants have rapidly become
a much sought-after commodity. We have put a lot of energy to compiling what we believe is one of the
more comprehensive (and reasonably pieced!) offerings of these stunning orchids.
Unless otherwise noted, these have all been raised from seed.

Paph. delenatii
A beautifully rounded bloom held well above some of the finest foliage in the genus, which is really saying something! Petals and dorsal are white to soft shell pink. Pouch is medium pink. Usually two blooms per stem. On warm days, these have a faint lemony fragrance. 2 1/2" pots, 1 year to bloom. $25.00

Paphiopedilum glaucophyllum var. Moquettianum
A beautiful sequential bloomer in the Cochlopetalum section of the genus. The dorsal sepal is bright yellow-green, lightly speckled in rose. The twisted petals are rosy pink, heavily spotted with black. The pouch is rosy pink. This one can bloom for years without stopping at maturity. This is the largest member of the Cochlopetalum section, and certainly the most valuable as a parent. Most of the finest plants of both Paph. Vangard and Paph. Transvaal have this as one parent! 3" pots, about 1 year to bloom. $15.00; Blooming $25.00

Paphiopedilum callosum("JAC" AM/AOS x "BLACK BART")
This is where all of the "Flame" and "Peacock Flame" hybrids have come from. A true vinicolor strain of this beautiful species, with near black blooms. An excellent strain for further breeding or for enjoying in its own right. . Somewhat slower growing than standard color forms, but still floriferous. Highly recommended, especially at this price! These won't last long. 3" pots, near blooming size. $15.00

Paphiopedilum kalopakingii
This is the largest plant of any of the paphs, with leafspans of 3-4 feet not uncommon. It will have up to 14 blooms per stem at maturity. The blooms are a glossy olive green with mahogany striping. Very impressive! 3" pots, 4 years to bloom. $30.00, 4" pots, 3 years to bloom, $35.00

Paphiopedilum Lowii
Tall spikes with 5 - 7 flowers that are green with lavender at the rounded ends of the petals. 2.5" pots $15.00

Paphiopedilum Primulinum var. Purpurecens
This is the dark lip form of Primulinum. Flowers are green with hairy twisted petals and a dark lavender to purple pouch. Very easy to grow and flower in most any condition. 2.5" pots $12.50

Paphiopedilum Robinsonii
Very similar to Wolterianum and Hainanese. Miniature plants bloom with a 4" leaf span and have light lavender colored flowers with a chestnut accent. 2.5" pots $12.50

Paphiopedilum Callosum
This is a sib of our darkest clone with the highly awarded "Jac" clone. These should be outstanding flowers. They have been very vigorous throughout their growth. 2.5" pots $12.50

Paphiopedilum Concolor var. Chlorophyllum (alba)
These do not show any color on the underside of the plant and tend to be almost concolor yellow flowers with very little if any spotting. 2.5" pots $15.00

Paphiopedilum niveum
One of the prettiest paphs. Very round white blooms with just the faintest hint of pinkish speckling in the petals. Waxy pouch. Usually a late spring to summer bloomer. Nice upright stems. Compact to dwarf growth habit. A great favorite of ours. 2.5" pots, blooming size.

Paphiopedilum spicerianum
One of the building blocks of all of our modern hybrids. Distinctive helmet-shaped white dorsal inspires images of faces or animal heads for many observers. White dorsal has a stripe of rose-pink centrally. Petals are chestnut, with a central mahogany stripe. Pouch is chestnut. Forms a nice specimen plant if grown moist and slightly underpotted.

Paphiopedilum stonei
A spectacular multifloral. Tall stems with up to 5 imposing blooms each. Dorsals are clean white on the face, with some red striping. The back of the dorsal is bright red. The petals are long; arching out almost horizontally for the first half of their length, then curving downward. They are cream with broad mahogany bars. The pouch is bright rose-pink. Well worth the wait!

Paph. urbanianum
One of the easiest of all the paphs to grow and bloom well in a mixed collection. Dorsal sepal is cream, lined in deepest olive green. Petals are tipped in a bright orange-pink. As mature plants, these will often give 2 blooms per stem, and can bloom twice per year. Beautiful mottled foliage.

Paph. Chamberlainianum
Chamberlainianum Dark spots on a light background with twisted petals that are bordered with hairs. Very unique specie and a great plant for beginners.

Paph. Bellatulum alba
These are the finest belletaulum available on the market today. This burmese specie is very vigerous and can double in size each year. The flowers are very large and pure white with short curved stems. Never before offered at this price.

Paph. wolterianum
One of our favorites. Tall wiry stems with gracefully nodding glossy blooms of great charm. Dorsal sepal is glossy green. Petals are green with bright pink-purple paddle-shaped tips. Pouch is honey-tan. Makes a magnificent specimen plant pretty easily if repotted annually. Seems to appreciate slightly underpotting. 2 1/2" pots, about 1 year to bloom.

Paph. Venustum alba
Wow, this has very strong dark green veins that run throughout the light green pouch with a green striped dorsal striped dorsal sepal. A must for any serious collector and a great plant for beginners as well.

Paph. Rothschildianum “Old Mill” AM/AOS x self
This is a fantastic Rothschildianum that was awarded recently. Large flowers with excellent shape and very dark chesnut brown flowers. These seedlings are very vigerous.

Paph. Primulinum
2.5" pots

Paph. Roebelenii
2.5" pots Beautifully twisted long brown petals and pouch is golden yellow to tan. Most will have upwards of 5-7 flowers on one tall erect stem.

Paph. Moquettianum
2.5" pots
